Able Sail: Adaptive Sailing at the Charlottetown Yacht Club

Set sail August 1, 2, 15 or 16!  Able Sail is being piloted this summer at the Charlottetown Yacht Club and the learning disabilities community is invited to try sailing FOR FREE!  If you are age of 5 and up (adults included!), you can take part.  For Ben Keizer, an alumni of LDAPEI, sailing saved him: “I remember being 8 years old at the tiller of a boat thinking I was driving a car.  Full autonomy.  Full respect. No one telling me I was doing it wrong. That feeling of confidence stayed with me in a way that nothing else did.”
